The Castle Triathlon Series is well known for its family race offering and is host of ‘the world’s largest children’s triathlon at Hever Castle Triathlon’. As the race organiser points out, it not only hosts the largest competitor field for children, with three distances on offer tailored for ages 8-10/11-12 and 13-15 year olds, but the organisation adds that it ‘bucks the trend with a higher percentage of girls and women’.
With this in mind, apparel specialist everactiv is tapping into this pool of junior triathlete girls by partnering with the Castle Triathlon Series and offering up a variety of quality sportswear to help the younger athletes perform and feel their best.
everactiv girls apparel has been founded by professional triathlete, Catriona Morrison and her business partner, Linda Barclay, who ‘pride themselves on creating a technical sportswear range that promotes ambition and determination through sport’. The brand showcases a range of technical sportswear apparel.
Co-Founder Catriona Morrison spoke about what the partnership hopes to bring to competitors and the brand: “Having launched the brand at the end of last year, aiming to fill a gap in the market for quality, technical junior girls sports apparel, we are extremely excited to partner with Castle Triathlon for this event.”
She continued, “As a brand we are passionate about getting children active and engaged in sport. The Castle Triathlon Series is a great way for us to meet new junior athletes and give them an introduction to our fantastic launch-range.”
Castle Triathlon Series competitors will be offered discounted products from the everactiv range, which features leggings, shorts, long sleeves and t-shirts.
