HUUB gets the blood flowing with new compression collection

HUUB Compression - sock

HUUB is getting the blood flowing with its latest new releases. The Derby, UK-based company’s first compression collection has been designed in partnership with biomechanics specialists, to ensure the delivery of a ‘high performing foot-shoe interface with the benefits of compression for training and racing.’

Included in the products is a DS Recovery Compression Sock designed in conjunction with 6x IRONMAN Triathlon World Champion Dave Scott.

Created with a focus on running and triathlon, HUUB’s lower limb race and recover compression products are specifically designed to improve venous return and remove lactic acid. The products can help to reduce muscle soreness, by ‘sending more de-oxygenated blood back to the heart, making repeated training more effective and comfortable.’

Athletes can choose from HUUB’s Compression Race Sock or Compression Race Calf Sleeve devised to ‘exploit the benefits of graduated compression (delivering a minimum of 20 mmHg) and offer superior performance.’ HUUB adds that this is achieved by using only the highest quality knitted fabrics. There is also an Active Sock coming soon that is positioned for running, cycling or triathlon.

A release from HUUB adds that ‘Recovery is as vital as your training, and with the help of our 6x IRONMAN Triathlon World Champion Dave Scott, we have created a recovery sock of quality, performance and comfort to add to the massively successful DS range consisting of no-compromise racewear and training apparel.’
