Targeting European markets, Argon 18 signs pro triathlete Michelle Vesterby

Canadian bike specialist Argon 18 has announced its partnership with Danish professional triathlete Michelle Vesterby. Winner of IRONMAN Copenhagen 2017 and 6th at the 2016 IRONMAN World Championships, the company adds that ‘Michelle perfectly embodies the values that drive Argon 18 in her quest for the ideal bike.’

The company notes that the new partnership with one of the most prominent triathletes on the circuit demonstrates how committed Argon 18 is to be furthering his commitment to triathlon and to those who consistently excel in the name of the sport. This partnership is also seen to be in line with Argon 18’s focus on the Danish and European markets for 2018.

“Choosing the best partner is essential in our sport and I am confident that Argon 18 will allow me to reach new heights with my bike,” said Michelle Vesterby.

“We are very proud to welcome an athlete as motivated and positive as Michelle to the Argon 18 family,” said Gervais Rioux, President and founder of Argon 18. “We will do everything in our power to achieve her goals for the coming season.”

Stéphanie Raymond, Sponsorship Manager at Argon 18 added, “We are delighted that Michelle joins the Argon 18 team and strengthens our contingent of female athletes.”

As a new sponsored athlete at Argon 18, Michelle Vesterby will be able to deploy the E-119 Tri + bike during her racing in 2018. According to Argon 18, it’s top-end offering is ‘the ultimate triathlon bike… Ultimate because it was designed with the input of world-class professional triathletes who, like Argon 18, are constantly striving to push the limits of performance, aerodynamics and technology.’
