Italian Bicycle Group NA (IBGNA), a bicycle import and wholesale distribution company of Italian cycling products to Canada, Mexico and the United States, has announced the distribution of chamois cream and embrocation brand Bend36 in the USA.
Bend36 is the chamois cream and embrocation brand founded by retired professionals Ivan Basso and Alberto Contador, along with cycling passionate Alessandro Rombelli, owner of Italian cosmetic company Cleys.
The brand is named after the final turn to the Passo Stelvio summit, the famed climb of the Giro d’Italia known as the Cima Coppi, and the highest finish of any Grand Tour.
Comprised of eight product offerings, the Bend36 range includes pre-and after-ride products for men and women including Chamois and Embrocation Creams, and Endurance, Light Legs, Relief and Toning Gels.
‘The design of Bend36 products are backed by the tens of thousands of kilometres logged by Basso and Contador during their careers at the top of professional cycling, and are formulated by Rombelli at Cleys in Italy.’

IBGNA is currently establishing an authorized dealer network for Bend36. Independent bicycle dealers (IBDs) are encouraged to contact IBGNA in order to set-up an account. The MRSP of Bend36 chamois creams and embrocations range from US$25 to US$37.50, IBD margin is 50%, and MAP pricing is enforced. All Bend36 products are 100% Made in Italy by Cleys.
