Citing an ‘outstanding’ 2020 financial year that ‘greatly exceeded an already ambitious plan for growth,’ Canyon USA has added Darryl Noda to its expanding operations in the US.
Noda joins Canyon after a lengthy career in purchasing, planning and operations with brands such as Apple Computer, VF Corporation and Specialized Bicycle Components.
“Darryl joins us after a highly challenging fiscal year that we were ultimately able to make a very rewarding one,” said Canyon USA President Blair Clark.
“We are lucky to add the talent, skills and vast experience he brings at a crucial time in our growth; and we look forward to putting his considerable wisdom and agile decision-making to immediate use.”
Noda has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and planning, which began working in an independent bike dealer. He was most recently Demand Planning Manager at VF Corp for the Jansport and Eagle Creek brands, following a stint with Apple Computer in Planning & Operations for the Apple Care Program. Noda also has a lengthy palmares in the cycling industry, with tenure at Specialized and Bell-Giro.
