Cycling apparel specialist Le Col has provided a background to its most successful Strava Challenge – Le Col Fit for 300.

Over 760,000 people took part in the Le Col Fit for 300 Strava Challenge. According to the company, this smashed the biggest Strava Challenge record by over 300,000 people.

The promotional initiative challenged Strava users to complete 300 minutes of recorded activity within the challenge period (May 15,2020 to June 11, 2020). All completers of the Challenge were given an opportunity to redeem a £50 reward at lecol.cc by entering in their email address and opting in. ]

There was also a competition to win a Wahoo KICKR BIKE – with the winner chosen at random from all challenge completers.

Commenting on the success of the challenge on Strava, Yanto Barker, founder at Le Col said, “Fitness is both a destination and a journey. Putting time into hitting targets is how you know you’re on track to improve.”
