The BMC Pro Triathlon Team powered by 2XU has announced Wahoo Fitness as a new partner to support the team in 2021 and beyond.
Located in Atlanta, GA, Wahoo Fitness has created an ecosystem of sensors and devices for multi-sport athletes. The BMC Pro Triathlon Team’s athletes will be using Wahoo’s award-winning line of products. These include the ELEMNT family of GPS devices and sport watches, the TICKR family of heart rate monitors, as well as SPEEDPLAY dual-sided pedals.

The BMC Pro Triathlon Team powered by 2XU includes seven world-class athletes: Pablo Dapena Gonzalez, Kristian Høgenhaug, Chris Leiferman, Katrina Matthews (née Rye), Patrik Nilsson, Max Neumann and Chelsea Sodaro.
Bike manufacturer BMC Switzerland and sporting apparel company 2XU serve as the team’s main sponsors. Since the launch of the international team in 2014, the team’s athletes have finished on the podium in nearly 50% of races started, claiming 109 victories in the past six years. These include eight continental championship titles, two vice-world titles, two podium finishes at the IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii and victories in a number of races on the calendar.
