Early season Mallorca 312 pushed back to October

The health situation caused by Covid-19 has prevented the Mallorca 312 from taking place on April 24th. The organising team of the popular event on the Spanish island noted that ‘Security measures and mobility restrictions make it impossible to hold the cycling event with more than 8,000 participants.’

The Mallorca 312 is part of the Milestone Series of cycling events. Despite ongoing challenges caused by the pandemic, the series still aims to gear up in 2021, with venues in Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Mallorca in the pipeline.

With the health situation making it impossible to hold the early season Mallorca 312, a new date has been reserved for October 24th, when the organisers hope the situation has improved to enjoy the roads of Mallorca.

Registration will be delayed for a few months, until the organization is certain that the event can take place. To do so, it will continue to work on security protocols depending on the health restrictions placed during the month of October, to ensure the safety of all participants.

As a tribute, a virtual event of Mallorca 312 will take place on April 24th. Participants can go through the routes of the Mallorca 312 online from their home. Information regarding this will be made available soon to all who wish to participate.
