Garmin has announced its continued support for the Garmin New Forest Marathon, set to take place on September 24-26 this year.
Returning to St Giles House in Wimborne, southern England, the Garmin New Forest Marathon is billed as… ‘a COVID-secure event perfect for runners of all levels, with distances spanning from junior races to full marathon distance.’
In 2020, the New Forest Marathon was one of the UK’s only running events to meet COVID requirements and go ahead in physical form. Building on this success, this year’s Garmin New Forest Marathon will again be hosted at St Giles House, allowing the flexibility to welcome more runners and spectators while remaining in line with government requirements.
To celebrate the event, Garmin is providing a 25% discount off selected products to those who have registered for a race. This includes the newly announced Forerunner 55 smart watch. Offering detailed running data, this easy-to-use GPS smartwatch tracks distance, speed, pace and heart rate data.
The Garmin New Forest Marathon offers a range of distances for all levels, including a Woodland Walk and junior races, plus four adult distances: 5km, 10km, half-marathon and marathon.
‘The race village will be better than ever this year, with traders, food outlets and a host of activities including paddle boarding, yoga and more.’
