The 2021 Stages Cycling Leadville Trail 100 MTB race, owned and produced by Life Time, welcomed a field of more than 1,500 riders on August 14, 2021. Participants ranged in age from 18 to 74 years old, representing 49 US states and 12 countries.
Rose Grant and Keegan Swenson won the women’s and men’s races, respectively. Grant crossed the line in 7 hours 23 minutes and 57 seconds to win a second consecutive Trail 100 MTB – riding more than 12 minutes faster than her 2019 time. Swenson finished with the second-fastest time ever recorded in 6 hours 11 minutes and 26 seconds.
