Super League Triathlon has launched its new corporate experiences, which encourage health and well-being – inspired by the event series’ star athletes and the ‘chance to get closer than ever before to Olympic and World Champions.’
Super League argues that it has already revolutionised the world of triathlon by ‘creating dynamic, unique and exciting race formats that bring a fresh global audience to the sport.’ The company adds that it is now doing the same for employees and corporates.

PQ
Super League’s employee fitness platform aims to celebrates milestones and offers incentives to promote well-being and activity.
Work colleagues can compete in weekly PQ (Physical Quotient) challenges, which are converted into PQ points. The points are tracked and celebrated via leaderboards during the weeks leading up to Super League Championship Series events.
A select group of colleagues can then race physically at ‘PQ Arena’, while other colleagues (and clients) can cheer them on and enjoy the experience of spectating at professional Championship Series events.
According to Super League, PQ is built on an easy-to-use web app that is compatible with a range of tracking platforms (Fitbit, Garmin, Strava etc.) or manual upload. ‘Everybody is catered for, regardless of their fitness level.’
PQ Relay
Employers can choose up to nine employees per team or ask employees to take part in the PQ Relay Challenge, the qualification process that runs for the first two weeks of PQ. Super League will reward the overall fastest teams as well as the fastest individual swimmers, cyclists and runners.
Taking place during a Championship Series race weekend that sees the world’s best athletes go head-to-head in a globally broadcast spectacle, employees can participate, and support their team competing against other companies in the PQ Relay.
Client experience
In addition to PQ Relay team participation, a client experience package can include:
- Morning ride and coffee with pro athletes
- Fine dining with pro athletes
- VIP hospitality during the race
- Awards dinner with the pros
- Meet and greets and signed merch
