Swiss performance brand On is aiming to inspire runners in and around the UK capital to unlock their potential with the opening of the London Performance Running Lab on August, 5th 2021.
Located at Shoreditch’s Protein Studios, London, the pop-up space will be open to the public for three weeks throughout August.
The new venue will be offering expert individual running analysis, coaching and training feedback as well as shoe fitting and model recommendations.
Featuring the innovative Magic Wall – first seen at the brand’s flagship New York City store – the pop-up experience will showcase the On story and technology, as well as provide the opportunity for ‘runners to experience running on clouds with biomechanical running analysis using the brand’s innovative RunScan and SizeScan technology.’
Group drills and strength and conditioning sessions will also be run by leading coaches.
In the evenings, the Performance Running Lab will act as a starting and finishing point for group runs and will play host to expert Q&A guest speaker events and further invitational events for clubs, crews and partners.
The new iteration of the brand’s maximum cushioning shoe, the Cloudstratus, will also be launched and available to buy in the UK on August 5th, in time with opening of the pop-up space.
The London Lab is located at Protein Studios, 31 New Inn Yard, London EC2A 3EY. From August 5th, opening times for Monday–Saturday are: 11:00–19:00 (BST), and Sunday: 11:00–18:00.
The event schedule is as follows: run club – Tuesdays @ 18:00; drills clinic – Wednesdays @ 18:00; guest speaker series – Thursdays @ 18:00; and S&C session – Saturdays @ 10:00.
