USA Triathlon has announced that Scott Sternberg, a Greenwich, Connecticut-based media and technology executive, has been appointed to the USA Triathlon Board of Directors. Sternberg will serve as an Independent Director for a two-year term starting in January 2021.
Sternberg has worked at companies such as Disney+, ESPN, Yahoo, Excite@Home as well as venture-backed start-ups. He currently specializes in devices and distribution product management at Disney Streaming Services and is Founder and Managing Partner at Starhill Partners, a Greenwich-based consulting firm.
‘His expertise spans across OTT video, mobile, data, and social eco-systems. Functionally, Sternberg offers strength in general and product management, strategy, business development and partnerships, and go-to-market leadership for growth oriented B2B2C businesses in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.’

Sternberg earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas-Austin in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
