Sports tour specialist Destination Sport Experiences has added the 2022 BMW Berlin Marathon, one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, to its expanding marathon travel portfolio.
The new partnership offers runners guaranteed entry into the sell-out Marathon Major event on Sunday 25 September as part of a travel package including hotel stay and team activities.
The Berlin Marathon is one of the most popular events in the world, and as one of six Abbott World Marathon Majors, entry is usually allocated via a lottery. The lottery for the 2022 Berlin Marathon is already closed, but with Destination Sport Experiences runners can still guarantee entry for this year’s race.
The company adds that… ‘booking a package with Destination Sport Experiences means the hassle of finding suitable accommodation and organising an itinerary is already taken care of.’
The Destination Sport Experiences package includes a city centre Berlin hotel stay with breakfast for 3 or 4 nights, a detailed travel itinerary, an escorted trip to the race expo, a guided warm up run and a celebratory get together on Sunday night after the marathon.
