Tubeless tyre pioneer Hutchinson has announced the re-signing of Olympic gold medal winning triathlete Alex Yee. The partnership will run for three years and sees Yee partnered with the French tyre brand beyond the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Building on an existing year-long partnership between Yee and Hutchinson, the new deal will see Yee wearing an exclusive branded Hutchinson helmet reserved solely for its marquee athletes in each discipline.
Hutchinson will be utilising the expertise of Yee and other signings to develop new products, helping Yee in his quest for more medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
One of the world’s leading triathletes, Alex Yee cemented his place on the world stage at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, winning a gold medal in the Mixed Relay and a silver in the Men’s triathlon. This was followed with victory in the 2021 Super League Triathlon Championship Series.

Yee will race on new prototype tyres alongside the Fusion 5 Performance, Hutchinson’s flagship road tyre. This offers low rolling resistance and grip through the use of a proprietary Eleven Storm rubber compound and a robust Kevlar Pro Tech protection layer.
