MUOV is a new indoor cycling brand operated by Muoverti, the company behind the innovative TiltBike. Under the new MUOV brand, the company has unveiled a new addition to its indoor cycling line-up – the MUOV Triathlon Bike.
MUOV’s new triathlon bike allows riders to train in an aerodynamic time trial position indoors with digital braking and gear shifting. The proprietary tilting mechanism simulates real life cornering and balancing. According to the company, this alleviates excessive saddle pressure caused by traditional static indoor bikes – making long hours on the saddle less painful and less boring.
Pre-orders for the new triathlon offering are set to open to waitlist subscribers in October. Consumers will have the option to order both the road and triathlon bike. Each consists of a composite frameset, manufactured in the UK, alongside a base unit which is compatible with either frame.
A ‘frame swap’ design feature was developed to accommodate multiple users in the same household with individual setup and preferences, such as size, geometry and design.
MUOV has also teased imagery of its updated indoor road bikes, including four new block colour frames and the… ‘eye-catching Bauhaus-inspired Design Editions, for riders looking to express taste alongside performance.’
For this latest colour-scheme, MUOV asked its designers to… ‘produce a unique aesthetic to truly stand out in the home and enable riders to engage with the bike as both a high performance training simulator and a work of art.’
