A new CORE App now delivers all CORE sensor owners live and historical core body temperature data and advanced insights.
‘From customisable temperature zones to increased privacy and sharing capabilities – the CORE App has evolved into a powerful tool for core body temperature monitoring.’
At the request of pro teams and athletes, the app incorporates heat load tracking and temperature trends. New graphs and insights deliver ‘at a glance’ data to make it easier to track training and meet performance targets.
When the CORE sensor was first launched in 2020, the supporting CORE App provided simple data and management. The integration of the CORE sensor data with popular devices such as Garmin, Wahoo, COROS, WearOS watches and the Apple iWatch has ensured a more seamless use of the CORE sensor.
The new CORE App now enables enthusiast and performance athletes to better understand their data and apply it for training and racing.
Historical data – core body temperature synchronises automatically with the CORE cloud service and all past data, graphs and summaries are preserved in daily, weekly, monthly and annual formats in the APP.
- Temperature trends – statistics and graphs that show temperature behaviour over time
- Heat Load – graphs track effective heat training to aide performance training
- Personalisation – individual preferences to define temperature zones and data summaries
- Sharing & privacy – CORE sensors are tied to one owner with the option to share training data
- Training guidance – in-app guidance outlines how insights can be applied to advance performance
To celebrate the launch of the new CORE app on the eve of the 2022 Tour de France, the CORE sensor is available on corebodytemp.com with a 15% discount off the regular retail price until midnight (CET) on Sunday July 3rd, 2022.
