Cal Tri Events has opened up entries for the 2024 season with US$85 all-in early pricing. According to the US nationwide series, this includes its… ‘industry leading free transfer and deferral program.’
A release from CalTri added… ‘An $85 all-in early price includes $3.71 general liability insurance and RunSignUp’s 6%+$1 processing fee. Athletes are unburdened with overpriced insurance schemes or bloated registration fees and the need for race insurance is nil.
‘Better still, Cal Tri Events athletes will continue to enjoy ‘the best 15 words in triathlon: free race transfers, deferrals and participant transfers as late as the day before the race.’
“20-25% of athletes at each race are choosing to preserve their race entry fees by transferring or deferring to a later race with no reason required and no additional fees,” said Thom Richmond, CEO of Cal Tri Events. “When they are ready to race, we will be there for them.”
