COROS Wearables has teamed up with NN Running Team to launch the Eliud Kipchoge ‘Road to Boston’ giveaway, in the run-up to the 2023 Boston Marathon, set to take place on Monday, April 17th.
COROS and NN Running Team have teamed up to offer an exclusive giveaway package that includes the last remaining COROS PACE 2 Eliud Kipchoge Edition, a signed NN running singlet, bottle, and world record book.
Those interested in winning the package can head to COROS.com/ek-giveaway and enter up until April 30th. The grand prize winner will be announced by email in early May 2023.
In addition to the giveaway, COROS has also released its ‘Keep up with Kipchoge’ challenge. Starting on April 10th, COROS released three new in-app badges for athletes to receive. These can be earned by:
- Instant Pace Badge: at any point of a run, hit the world record pace (4:36/mile)
- 200m Badge: run 200m at 4:36/mile or a faster pace
- 400m Badge: run 400m at 4:36/mile or a faster pace
A COROS spokesperson said “Eliud Kipchoge set a new marathon world record in Berlin in 2022. We are now challenging all COROS athletes to see if they can hit his world record pace.
“We’re hosting this leading up to the Boston Marathon, which will hopefully generate awareness within the running community to just how fast Kipchoge really is.”
