Tying up with fundraising platform GoFundMe, Realbuzz has today announced 100 exclusive places for the sold-out, 20th anniversary Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday, October 1, 2023.
The Realbuzz race entry platform, which provides charity running places for endurance events, has teamed up with GoFundMe, which is offering runners in the Cardiff Half £5 towards their chosen charity when they set up a GoFundMe fundraising page. This goes towards a total fundraising target of £350 per runner.

First founded in 2003, the Cardiff Half Marathon is one of the biggest events in Europe and a leading road race. Around 25,000 runners get involved with the event, organised by Run 4 Wales. The route takes in landmarks including Cardiff Bay, the Civic Centre and Cardiff Castle.
Realbuzz offers exclusive places for the October event as it is the official charity programme partner for the SuperHalfs Series.
The SuperHalfs series is a half marathon challenge. It spans five events. Participants have 36 months to complete all five and claim a ‘SuperMedal’. The races take place in Lisbon, Prague, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia. All of the SuperHalfs events are World Athletics’ Elite Road Race Labels or are run on World Athletics (IAAF) World Championship courses.
