Endurance sports registration firm njuko has released its latest integration offering alongside athlete reviews platform Racecheck.
Together njuko and Racecheck aim to improve registration conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment rates through user generated content, together with analytics and sales tracking.
Event organisers can install the Racecheck review widget for each event. They can then view athlete reviews via Racecheck in the njuko event dashboard. This gives them the option to display their average event rating and install tracking code to track registrations directly influenced by the Racecheck module.
Racecheck claims to increase event sales by over 22% with an average ROI of over 30x. It also helps event organisers to improve the athlete experience through feedback.
Matt Trevett, Head of UK, Ireland & Middle East at njuko, said “I have known Racecheck for many years and it’s a pleasure to finally collaborate on technology. At njuko we enjoy partnering with authentic partners who put the event organiser first, and Racecheck checks that box for sure.”
Rob Arkell, Director of Sales & Business Development at Racecheck said “The past couple of years has been tough for event organisers and we’re incredibly proud to working with genuine and authentic partners such as njuko, providing incredibly powerful technology to help organisers convert more of their visitors into paying customers.
“Racecheck and njuko have integrated to empower event organisers to take behavioural science into their user journey, by providing social proof whilst customers are in the registration process to increase conversion rates and dramatically reduce shopping cart abandonment rates.
“This technology is especially important to overcome the uncertainly of the past couple of years and convert more first-time participants, unaffiliated athletes, and a younger audience.”
