Personal leaderboards give Zwifters new way to analyze ride data

Zwift, the online fitness platform for cyclists, triathletes, and runners, has launched new Personal Leaderboards in its latest update to the Zwift Companion App.

‘The new Personal Leaderboards, first announced in December’s This Season on Zwift, will give Zwifters the opportunity to compare their times on segments, tracking progress over time, and giving them a new way to analyze ride data.’

To access Personal Leaderboards, Zwifters will go to the ‘More’ section of their Zwift Companion App, and will then be able to select from each of Zwift’s worlds, see which routes have been completed in each, and then select routes.

Once in an individual segment, efforts will be broken down into quarters, and times will be displayed on a chart for easy viewing. Zwifters can also click into each effort to see an overview of the ride on which they set that time.

Segment times for all Zwifters are now available in Personal Leaderboards, with times going back to each rider’s first day on Zwift.

Zwift’s Companion App allows riders to interact with others on the platform via in-app messaging. Riders can also share a Ride On to encourage others. The app also enables the capturing of images as well as changing camera angles. Zwifters can also use the app to navigate, and create and join clubs.

To check out Personal Leaderboards, Zwifters should make sure their Companion App is updated to version 3.44.
