Continuing its partnership with the INEOS Grenadiers pro cycling team, and its riders, SunGod, has launched the Tom Pidcock Signature Series Velans sunglasses.
The new eyewear is built around the Velans spherical lens, which follows the curve of the eye to increase optical precision, and the TR90 frame material. This features memory polymer properties and porous hydrophilic arms to help ensure that grip is maintained.
According to the British performance eyewear brand… ‘Built to represent Tom’s distinctive racing style, this new SunGod design has already been raced to victory on the technical MTB XC World Cup track in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic.
‘A new Crystal Red frame has been designed exclusively for the Yorkshire-born rider, with a lens engraving featuring a hand of cards – a nod to his calculated approach to maximising his chances in every race. This is echoed with the four suits on the inner arm, referencing his multidisciplinary prowess.’
