Swim-tech specialist FORM has announced a new integration with TriDot, the official training platform of IRONMAN. This allows FORM users to import TriDot workouts directly into the FORM app. Workouts are then synced with FORM’s Smart Swim goggles for real-time swim guidance.
TriDot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) training platform used by coaches and athletes that optimizes results for each athlete. TriDot athletes receive execution feedback for each of their workouts in the form of a TrainX score.
Before the FORM x TriDot integration, swim workouts were the hardest area for TriDot athletes to achieve high TrainX scores. Athletes can now more accurately complete their swim workouts, and improve their TrainX scores, by using the real-time visual performance data FORM provides through the lenses of the FORM Smart Swim goggles.
FORM and TriDot’s partnership creates a two-way bridge between both platforms. Upon connection this enables TriDot workouts to be pushed to the FORM app. In the FORM app, users can review their upcoming TriDot workouts and sync them to their FORM goggles.
Post-swim workouts are saved on the FORM app and update a user’s TriDot TrainX score based on how well the user executed their workout.

TriDot users will need a pair of FORM Smart Swim goggles and access to FORM’s Premium features in order to connect accounts and be guided through their swim workouts in real-time.
FORM Smart Swim 1 and 2 goggles are available for purchase from formswim.com and at specific multi-sport retailers. All FORM goggle purchases include a free two-month trial of FORM Premium, which includes access to workouts, training plans, HeadCoach, TriDot workout imports and SwimStraight. After trial expiry, continued access to FORM Premium features costs US$15/£13/€15 a month or US$99/£84/€99 annually.
