Belgium-based Lotto Dstny and Spanish bike brand Orbea have sealed a partnership agreement, which sees the UCI ProTeam riding Orbea bikes in 2024 and beyond.
Orbea has stepped-in to replace Belgian bike brand Ridley, as the team’s preferred bike partner. This follows an acrimonious parting of ways between Lotto Dstny and Ridley.
The Belgian pro cycling team is title-sponsored by Lotto, Belgium’s lottery, and Dstny, a business communications firm. With a 38 year-long history, the team has become a benchmark in the pro peloton, and Lotto maintains the longest-standing cycling sponsorship in the sport.
Alongside this, Orbea adds that it… ‘has 183 years of experience and racing DNA, and constantly pursues excellence through improvement, the only way to guarantee long-term success.’
