In the latest episode of the Sigma Sports Cafe Ride series, supported by ABUS, Castelli Cycling and ENVE Composites, British pop music icon Andrew Ridgeley takes presenter Matt Stephens on his gruelling training route along the Cornish coastline.
With stops for selfies, beachside coffee and fish and chips by a harbour wall, the training ride heads from Wadebridge down to Watergate Bay in Cornwall, south west England.
Before embarking on their hilly seaside adventure, Andrew Ridgeley and Matt Stephens discuss their love of music at the local record shop where they hand pick their favourite albums and later reminisce about the golden age of vinyl.

Hosted by Matt Stephens, the interview gives guests the opportunity to open up, discuss their careers and share their love of cycling.
