Sponsored by Crédit Agricole, the official routes of this year’s Strade Bianche and Strade Bianche Women Elite (formerly Strade Bianche Donne) have been confirmed.
Organised by RCS Sports & Events, the 2025 edition of ‘Europe’s most southern northern classic’ will kick-off Italy’s major cycling events season.
Strade Bianche was the stage for Tadej Pogacar’s stand-out solo victory in 2024. Meanwhile, Strade Bianche Women Elite saw a duel between Lotte Kopecky and Elisa Longo Borghini last year, as a teaser of what was witnessed a few months later at the Giro d’Italia Women.
The gravel sections increase to 16 in the men’s race, covering 81.7km of the total 213km, and to 13 in the women’s race, with 50.3km out of 136km.
The finale remains unchanged, with the steep Santa Caterina climb leading to the entrance into Piazza del Campo, where the new champions will be crowned.
