Falmouth Road Race, the non-profit behind the ASICS Falmouth Road Race, has expanded its team with the hiring of Erika Sheinhait.
Sheinhait will play a key role as the organization’s Creative Director, where she will develop and maintain the creative direction for the Falmouth Road Race across all platforms. Sheinhait will work directly with the executive director while simultaneously collaborating with multiple other Falmouth Road Race teams to ensure brand consistency across the board.
“Erika brings so much unique knowledge and expertise to our team, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her join us,” said Megan Faulkner, Executive Director of Falmouth Road Race.
“We are passionate about the overall vision of our organization, and believe that Erika is the perfect fit to help us strengthen our branding and continue to grow the knowledge of all that we do at Falmouth Road Race.”
Sheinhait has a strong background in sports communications. Prior to joining the Falmouth Road Race, Sheinhait spent six and a half years with the Bay State Games, a non-profit organization with the primary function of organizing the Bay State Summer and Winter Games.
Sheinhait spent her first two years as a communications and operations intern at Bay State Games before being hired on full-time as Communications Coordinator. After three years in this role, Sheinhait was promoted to Director of Communications, a role she led for another three years.
“I’m incredibly excited to join the Falmouth Road Race team and contribute to its historic legacy, rich tradition and continued success,” said Erika Sheinhait, new Creative Director at Falmouth Road Race.
“I look forward to working alongside this dedicated team to create a memorable race experience for everyone involved.”
Sheinhait is a graduate of Western New England University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Sports Management before continuing her education and earning her Master of Business Administration (MBA).
While studying as an undergraduate, Sheinhait was a member of the College of Business Honors Program, President’s List, Dean’s List and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Sheinhait will be relocating to Falmouth ahead of starting her role as creative director.
