A new consumer-focused triathlon exhibition is heading to ExCeL London in 2026. Organised by newly incorporated company, World of Triathlon Media, the 2026 World of Triathlon Live expo is scheduled for March 28-29, 2026.
The expo will aim to host more than 100 brands across the swim, bike, and run sectors. The show organisers say the consumer event is aimed at uniting the multisport community — from beginners to elite athletes — with a focus on inclusivity.
The show will feature products ranging from wetsuits and swimming gear to trisuits, bikes, footwear, apparel, nutrition, as well as event organiser displays. Alongside gear and tech, attendees can expect competitions, training tips, and appearances from notable names in the sport. A full speaker schedule and ticket sales information is expected to be announced in summer 2025.
The show also includes an awards ceremony to celebrate individuals, manufacturers, clubs and campaigns contributing to the growth of triathlon in the UK.
The announcement comes as triathlon marks its 51st year and has an opportunity to grow in popularity following the successes of Team GB and ParalympicsGB at Paris 2024.
World of Triathlon Live is the brainchild of Stuart Walker, a former Media 10 and Montgomery Group executive with over 15 years’ experience in large-scale exhibitions. His interest in triathlon started with a personal fitness challenge.
“With a personal weight battle that persisted well into my late thirties, my fitness was a struggle,” Stuart Walker said.
“At 41, whilst on a family holiday, I was embarrassed by my inability to swim. Seeking motivation, I signed up for a local sprint triathlon despite not riding a bike for 20 years and only knowing how to doggy paddle. With a year to train, the experience transformed me.
“Participating in my first triathlon was amazing; I immediately fell in love with the sport. The camaraderie from other competitors, the encouragement from spectators, how well-organised the race was, and the joy of finishing were unmatched.
“However, I noticed the sport lacked inclusivity, with barriers for newcomers and those with less experience. This inspired me to create a more welcoming environment for everyone, from professionals to beginners.”
A release from the show team added that the new expo in 2026 aims to bring together athletes, enthusiasts and industry figures to connect, share knowledge, and support one another.
