Running Industry Alliance (RIA) has announced that Sport in Mind will power the RIA Members Business Speed Networking session at The Running Conference presented by haku 2025 (TRC25), held from 7th to 9th December 2025 at Burleigh Court, Loughborough University (UK).
Sport in Mind is a leading mental health sports charity in the UK, dedicated to improving lives through the power of physical activity. Its involvement in the conference will look to bring a unique focus on accessibility and inclusion to the Sunday networking session, helping every attendee – from first-time participants to seasoned industry professionals – feel supported and empowered to connect.
This key session will feature:
• Meet and greet arrival with RIA and Sport in Mind teams
• Quiet zones for reflection and recharging
• Structured and unstructured networking options
• Visual schedules, clear signage and sensory-friendly design
• Conversation prompts and support tools for confidence-building

Senior staff from Sport in Mind, alongside Running Industry Alliance (RIA) team members and conference hosts, will be present at the networking session to help foster connection and provide a safe business space whilst ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
TRC25 is RIA’s flagship members-only event, featuring curated content, keynote sessions, panels, workshops, roundtables, Track Stars, evening celebrations, and dedicated sessions for the running industry. A key theme for 2025 will be new research, data, and insights shaping the year ahead and the future of running.
