The Gym Group, a low-cost fitness operator based in the UK, has rolled out HYROX training across more than 120 locations.
The rollout was achieved using the HYROX365 Performance Hub, which was built in collaboration with fitness technology provider ONE FIIT.
In recent weeks, HYROX, ‘the World Series of Fitness Racing’, confirmed its partnership with fitness tech company ONE FIIT to roll out the HYROX365 Performance Hub. This is a scalable training solution now powering over 10,000 gyms and 30,000 coaches worldwide.
The HYROX365 Performance Hub, built with ONE FIIT, delivers 8 weekly workouts, dual coach/athlete views, smart equipment substitutions, and movement demos translated into 9 languages.
Since originally launching in 2024, the HYROX365 Performance Hub has already scaled to support over 30,000 coaches and 10,000 gyms with an 86% weekly active usage rate.
The system is backed by HYROX Global Head of Training David Magida and designed to support gyms of all sizes while maintaining the performance-first ethos that HYROX is known for.
The core objective is to deliver consistent, high-quality training experiences to gym members while ensuring the deployment was simple and cost-effective for staff across the numerous sites.
The HYROX365 Performance Hub offers several tools to support functional fitness programming, such as:
- Eight workouts per week designed by HYROX’s programming experts
- Coach-facing training notes to enhance delivery quality
- Equipment filtering tools for specific gym setups
- Consistency and community across all gym locations
