Bikebook, the digital platform for bicycle workshop management, is launching its Workshop service across key European markets, including Germany, France, Spain, Scandinavia, Benelux, and Italy.
Following an initial launch in the UK, this expansion marks the next phase in Workshop by Bikebook’s international growth strategy, supported by multilingual translations for each region, as well as European-wide address picking for mobile workshops and those offering collection and return services.
Workshop by Bikebook offers an all-in-one CRM, workflow, and booking tool tailored specifically for bicycle businesses. It can be used by individual mechanics right up to large multi-branch retailers. The platform helps businesses streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and optimise resource management. Additionally, it integrates with Sumup, Xero, and Shopify.
A key milestone in the European launch is Bikebook’s partnership with leading German retailer Spoks in Berlin, which has been utilising the platform since opening in August 2024. It is now set to open its second location in Berlin.
