ASSOS named official technical apparel partner of EF Pro Cycling

EF Pro Cycling has entered a new era by announcing ASSOS of Switzerland as its official technical apparel partner, effective from 1 January 2026. The multi–year agreement covers the men’s (EF Education–EasyPost), women’s (EF Education–Oatly), and development (EF Education–Aevolo) squads.

The partnership marks a strategic shift for the American team as they move from their long–standing collaboration with Rapha to a tie-up with Swiss cycling apparel specialist ASSOS.

The 2026 kit evolves the pro cycling team’s unmistakable pink identity while introducing what the team describes as an ‘other–worldly energy’.

  • Design Philosophy: Inspired by themes of exploration and discovery, the kit utilises a futuristic aesthetic with a bold colour palette.
  • Technical Detail: Rounder, organic shapes have replaced the previous rhombic patterns on the darker pink sections, complemented by a subtle white square grid.
  • Performance Focus: Designed as a complete ‘performance system’, the apparel prioritises aerodynamic efficiency and material science, reflecting ASSOS’ commitment to ‘maniacal attention to detail’.

Jonathan Vaughters, EF Pro Cycling Founder and CEO, said “ASSOS has a long history of setting the standard for innovation. My first pair of bibs were ASSOS, and they were a revelation. This partnership is rooted in creating the fastest and best–looking kit in cycling.”

Edwin Navez, ASSOS of Switzerland CEO, added “EF Pro Cycling is known for pushing boundaries – both in performance and in culture – and that mirrors ASSOS’ own pursuit of innovation. Together, we will challenge convention and create apparel that delivers real advantages.”

ASSOS has worked closely with EF coaches and performance staff to tailor the kit for WorldTour demands.

A replica EF Pro Cycling kit will be available to purchase via assos.com and selected retailers starting in early 2026.

The partnership also extends to the team’s ‘Alternative Calendar’ of events, including major gravel races such as UNBOUND Gravel and the Life Time Grand Prix.

Founded in 1976, ASSOS holds 25 patents and has been associated with over 400 Olympic and World Championship medals. The brand is also known for its ‘destroy, reset, and improve’ protocol.
