Rapha has announced a new creative collaboration with British–Nigerian artist and designer Yinka Ilori.
Known for his work across architecture, sculpture, furniture and interior design, Ilori has designed an exclusive seven–piece collection with the Rapha Cycling Club (RCC). The collaboration is inspired by the cycling cultures between London and Lagos, reflecting themes of freedom, community and personal expression.
The seven–piece collection includes a cycling jersey, bib shorts, cap, socks, long sleeve tee and short sleeve tee. The visual language of the apparel is rooted in West African and Nigerian cultural symbolism, featuring pixelated motifs of flora such as the hibiscus, the Palm, and the Yellow Trumpet Flower, which is Nigeria’s national flower.
Yinka Ilori said “Cycling was never a solo pursuit – it was a lifestyle, a way of belonging, a joyful expression of togetherness. In those times, I didn’t really care about having an accident, I would happily pop a wheelie without thinking about it. There was an element of fearlessness, a sense of freedom to just move around. Cycling gave me purpose.”
The collection is available exclusively to Rapha Cycling Club members internationally from June 30, 2026.
Rapha has a history of partnering with international artists, having recently collaborated with American graphic artist David Carson, as well as Kelly Anna, Yoon Hyup, María Medem and Geoff McFetridge.
Founded in London in 2004, Rapha designs cycling apparel focusing on material innovation and performance. The RCC is a network of cyclists that serves thousands of members globally. The brand leads more than 4,000 rides annually from 18 Clubhouses in major cities, cycling over 3 million miles with its members each year.
The collection pricing includes the RCC + Yinka Ilori Pro Team Rouleur Jersey at £130 / US$185 and the RCC+Yinka Ilori ProTeam Bib Shorts III at £250/€290/US250. The collection also features a cap, socks, tech tees, and a sticker pack.
