Shine on: CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto celebrates 10th anniversary with 'Luminous' kit

CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto has unveiled its 2026 team kit, named Luminous, to mark its 10th anniversary in the professional peloton. The German-registered team, which began operations on January 1, 2016, is using the new design to represent its role as a ‘beacon’ for the development of women’s cycling.

The Luminous design follows a decade of distinctive aesthetics for the squad, including previous versions such as Interstellar, Astral Burn, Harmonic Riff, and Infinitum. The 2026 iteration, created by Canyon designer Mckenzie Sampson, features a dark purple base merged with a palette of turquoise, pink, coral, and red to create a light refraction effect.

Mckenzie Sampson said “I’ve always found CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto to be an aspiring light within the peloton. They’re a team that gives a unique platform to a diverse set of riders across the globe to get their big break in cycling.

“To visually illustrate that sense of light and hope, we wanted the kit design to be bold yet convey the right balance of contrasting light, unique patterns, and rich saturated moments of colour.”

Beth Duryea, Co-owner and Marketing and Communications Manager at CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto, said “In our 10th anniversary, we’re returning to our roots with a kit design that represents what we want to be: a beacon for talented bike racers and an inspiration for riders across the world.”

The kit made its race debut on January 1, 2026, at the X2O Trofee Baal – GP Sven Nys, where Zoe Bäckstedt secured a third-place podium finish.

The 2026 women’s WorldTour roster for the team includes:

  • Wilma Aintila
  • Zoe Bäckstedt
  • Neve Bradbury
  • Chiara Consonni
  • Tiffany Cromwell
  • Justyna Czapla
  • Chloé Dygert
  • Nastya Kolesava
  • Rosa Klöser
  • Maria Martins
  • Antonia Niedermaier
  • Kasia Niewiadoma-Phinney
  • Soraya Paladin
  • Agnieszka Skalniak-Sójka
  • Maike van der Duin
  • Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig

The elite squad continues to be supported by a development team, which recently signed 18-year-old Tsige Kahsay Kiros from Ethiopia. Other development riders include Sophie Alisch, Erja Bianchi, Valentina Corvi, Emily Dixon, Jule Märkl, Joëlle Messemmer, Awen Roberts, and Weronika Wąsaty.

The Luminous kit will be available for purchase from Canyon in spring 2026. The team’s Aeroad CFR race bikes will also adopt the anniversary artwork, with these framesets available exclusively via Canyon.com and the Canyon App.
