ROUVY, the indoor cycling application that features real-world routes, has announced a new partnership with professional triathlete and multiple IRONMAN champion Kat Matthews.
As part of the collaboration, Matthews will join the company’s roster of professional athletes and engage with users through a series of virtual group rides. These sessions are designed to allow age-group athletes to train alongside elite professionals as they prepare for the 2026 season.
Matthews joins a growing list of athletes on the ROUVY platform, which recently added former IRONMAN World Champion Patrick Lange to its ranks.
Kat Matthews said “ROUVY has completely changed how I approach my indoor training. The realism of the routes and the ability to ride the IRONMAN courses from my home is an incredibly powerful tool. I’m excited to work with ROUVY and share that experience with athletes globally.”
Based in Prague, Czech Republic, ROUVY provides a performance platform that overlays avatars onto high-quality video footage of actual roads. The app is an official partner of several major events, including IRONMAN, Challenge Family, and DATEV Challenge Roth.
The partnership coincides with an expanded schedule of pro-led group rides taking place throughout February and March. These events are open to all subscribers and include:
- Frederick Funk – February 8, 2026 (joining a ROUVY Big Race by PILLAR)
- Sam Long – February 15, 2026
- Kat Matthews – February 22, 2026
- Steph Clutterbuck – March 10, 2026
- Nikki Bartlett – March 25, 2026
The platform also offers pro-designed workouts to assist athletes with structured training. According to the company, the realism of its route library allows competitors to virtually scout race courses ahead of competition.
