RunSignup Reports Record Growth in 2025

RunSignup, the US-based registration and technology provider, has released its 2025 Year in Review, with the company highlighting a record-breaking year in 2025.

The event tech firm noted that, in 2025, it helped event organisers process US$650 million across more than 39,000 events, a 16% increase year on year from US$562 million in 2024.

Since its founding in 2010, RunSignup adds that it has helped its event customers generate US$3.5 billion in event revenue and fundraising, surpassing the US$3 billion milestone in February 2025.

Bob Bickel, Founder and CEO at RunSignup, said “Our customers can feel confident that they’re working with a stable, long-term, fully employee-owned technology partner.

“We continue to invest aggressively in technology, support, and innovation so our customers can make their events better every year.”

The company reported growth across its three core product lines during the 2025 season:

  • Endurance Events: The company processed US$530 million in registration transactions and supported 11.2 million registrations, a 15% increase on 2024. It now claims a market share of more than 50% in the US endurance events market.
  • GiveSignup (non-profit fundraising): Non-profit events raised more than US$200 million in 2025. Donations on the company’s GiveSignup platform reached US$76 million, up 19% year on year. Non-profits now account for 43% of the total platform transaction volume.
  • TicketSignup: Customers sold more than 1 million tickets in 2025, with adoption of RunSignup’s calendar-based ticketing technology.

RunSignup also focused heavily on artificial intelligence during the year, with organisers creating 749 AI customer service chatbots. These tools handled more than 13,000 participant conversations throughout the 2025 race season.

In 2026, the company plans to expand its AI capabilities across dashboards and participant experiences… ‘to enable conversational commerce through natural language interfaces.’

The US-based team, which consists of employee-owners, handled more than 30,000 support issues in 2025 with an average response time of 34 minutes. RunSignup added that it closed the year debt-free and remains profitable.

Bob Bickel continued “As a fully employee-owned company, we’re here for the long run. There’s no outside pressure to extract value at the expense of customers. Our focus remains on continuous innovation, fair pricing, and exceptional support.”
