With a goal of entering a new era of personalised intelligence, Veyr is a new fitness app that uses a proprietary Fitness Intelligence Engine. Combining artificial intelligence with over 15 years of elite coaching expertise, the app learns from user behaviour, training style, and feedback to adapt workouts in real–time.

Available on iOS and Android, Veyr offers adaptive cardio workouts, strength programmes, and HYROX–style hybrid training. The platform is designed to respond to individual goals, energy levels, time constraints, injuries, and a user’s immediate environment to dynamically build every session.

The system aims to eliminate ‘decision fatigue’ by removing the need for rigid programmes or manual planning. Key features of the app include:

  • AI workout generation, where every session is built from scratch without the use of templates
  • Real-time swap and shuffle, allowing exercises to be changed or entire workouts reshuffled on–demand
  • Voice-controlled coaching, enabling users to instruct and refine their workouts using conversational English commands

The Fitness Intelligence Engine is built upon the coaching philosophy and real-world experience of Liam Hogan, a Performance Coach, HYROX Pro, and CrossFit athlete. Hogan has spent over 15 years working with a spectrum of clients ranging from everyday individuals to high-performance athletes and the military.

Adam King, Co-founder and digital entrepreneur, said “Veyr is about removing every barrier to a better life through fitness. Most fitness apps give you a plan and hope your life co–operates. We know that real-life never sticks to a plan. Shifts run long, kids get sick, gyms get packed. And somewhere in between the intention and excuse, the workout never happens.”

King, a product designer with 17 years of experience in tech and e-commerce, added “Veyr closes that gap – we’ve created an experience that feels intuitive, responsive and human. The Fitness Intelligence Engine doesn’t just generate workouts, it works with you to build your perfect session.”

Liam Hogan, Co-founder and Head of Fitness at Veyr, said “This engine is built on everything I’ve learned over 15+ years of coaching and competing. Great coaching is about understanding the individual, how they feel, what they need that day and how to adapt. Veyr brings that to life through AI. It’s not just smart technology – it’s intelligent coaching, scaled.”

Hogan remains active in the competitive endurance and fitness space, having qualified for the HYROX World Championships in Stockholm this June with a doubles time of 54:38. He also qualified for the CrossFit Semi-Finals after placing fourth in the UK age group during the Open.

The app is designed to be accessible for both everyday users and performance-focused athletes. It follows a tiered pricing structure:

  • Veyr FREE: Allows for two workouts per week
  • Veyr CORE: Starting from £3.99 per month
  • Veyr MAX: Starting from £9.99 per month

Veyr is positioned as a fitness technology company that focuses on creating flexible, responsive training experiences that evolve with the user. Its mission is to make high-quality, adaptive coaching sustainable regardless of the demands of daily life.
