Triathlon England members (including individual members and affiliated clubs) are invited to the 2010 Triathlon England Annual General Meeting which will be held between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday 13 November at the Hinckley Island Hotel, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3JA, prior to the British Triathlon Annual Awards Dinner.
Members are invited to submit proposed resolutions or other items of business, in writing, addressed to J Brand at the BTF’s Offices, which should be received at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the meeting.

Proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the Triathlon England Regulations, but it is hoped to maintain an informal atmosphere with an opportunity for members to ask questions and raise concerns as part of the meeting.
