Dining with Sufferfest – new Eating to Suffer nutrition guide

‘Eating to Suffer’ from the team at Sufferfest treads a new path for the cycle training video specialist. The new guide is billed as the first guide to nutrition for a high-intensity/low-volume training approach. Priced at US$9.99 (£6.45), Eating to Suffer offers 27 pages of information on ‘why, what, how and when to eat’.

As Sufferfest points out, ‘When you don’t have much time to train, it’s critical you get the most out of your Suffering. But if you’re not paying close attention to your nutrition, you might not be Suffering – and improving – as much as you can (and no Sufferlandrian likes to hear that).’

The company goes on to note that the high-intensity/low-volume Sufferlandrian approach requires a specific nutrition focus – one that helps riders ‘pound out more watts, recover more effectively and optimise your body’s improvements.’
