UK event organizer Dengie Events has confirmed that it has partnered with Herbalife to provide its athletes with the company’s nutrition products. Herbalife 24 will be present at all 2015 events with the sports nutrition range of products including hydration and energy drinks.
UK race organiser Dengie Events is celebrating its fifth anniversary in 2015 and has put together another comprehensive schedule of events for this year.
In tandem with the new deal with Herbalife, Dengie Events has unveiled a new event for its growing portfolio. The first ever Trifarm Chelmsford Triathlon takes place on 14 June 2015 at Trifarm in Essex. Trifarm is a purpose built triathlon venue. The June event will include: Try-a-Tri (400m Swim / 10K Cycle / 2K Run) and Sprint (800m Swim / 20K Cycle / 5K Run) distance options.
The swim is in Trifarm Lake. Athletes then cycle on the quiet, country lanes on the outskirts of Chelmsford and run around the specially designed Trifarm running track.
Herbalife24 is billed as the first comprehensive performance nutrition line empowering athletes 24-hours a day. Herbalife’s seven-product line is customizable so athletes can determine their day-to-day needs based on activity levels and training demands.
