Following ‘record sales at the Virgin Money London Marathon’ at the weekend, the team at CEP is adding to its signature compression range with some new products and colour ranges. ‘The choice of professional athletes around the world’, CEP works with some of the most formidable names in sport; from record breaking cycling time trialist Matt Bottrill, to IRONMAN Champion Lucy Gossage.
The company notes that all products in the CEP range are produced using over 60 years of medical experience, which means that ‘they are made using the very best processes and teams in the industry.’
First up in the ‘new product spotlight’ are the CEP Ultra light socks and calf sleeves. Designed for ‘athletes that are seeking marginal gains and ultimate performance in their chosen sport’ the new offerings are produced using a material that is 25% lighter and more breathable than other items in the range. Available in red, white and black – CEP adds that the new material makes light and comfortable, whilst still offering the same high quality integrated medi-compression as other CEP products.
Next to be introduced are the CEP no-show socks, so called as they sit snugly just below the trainer line. CEP goes on to point out that, just because they can’t be seen it doesn’t mean they go unnoticed. The new socks feature extra-flat toe seams along with extra padding in the heel for comfort. Available in black/grey, white/black, hawaii blue/pink and hawaii blue/green, the no-show socks can be matched with CEP Progressive+ calf sleeves.
Continuing with a theme of ‘New Year, new colours’ – the CEP team is introducing a brand new colour range, which features across the brand’s calf sleeves, short socks and run socks. Accompanying the popular colours of pink, black and white, come the new combinations of Hawaii blue, purple blue and black – mixed with green for men and with pink for women.
Matt Davey, Brand Manager of CEP UK and Ireland said “This is an incredibly exciting year for CEP, and these new product developments are simply the start of a jam-packed season for us. We look forward to sharing more with everyone in the next few months, as the brand continues to go from strength to strength.”
Matt continued to talk about the significance of the CEP customer in these new developments. He added, “Our new products demonstrate how much the CEP brand listens to the market view, and they have been designed and produced following considerable public research in which existing customers offered their views and opinions.
“We will continue to offer our ’CEP 30 day money back performance guarantee’ on all our products too, which means that if our customers have any problems with our products, or simply find they don’t quite suit them, then they are entitled to a full refund. We have a huge amount of confidence in our products and offering a guarantee like this clearly shows this, and also how much we value customer satisfaction.”
The new CEP products are now available at selected retailer outlets and online stores.
