Later this week, from 8-10 April, The National Triathlon Show opens its doors at the iconic Lee Valley VeloPark in London. As a release from the organising team at Mercury Events points out, the consumer show has… ‘already created a huge buzz throughout the triathlon industry, with over 10,000 dedicated triathletes already securing their place at what is set to be this year’s number one destination to discover, test and buy all the latest kit.’
Up to 100 exhibiting brands include big names such as Storck, Garmin, Quintana Roo, Zone 3, Madison, Huub, Zoot and Altra are taking part.
The show’s editorial content includes multi-brand wetsuit testing, the Chi Running Technique Workshop, the Garmin Technology Hub, POWERbreathe, the Zone 3 Training Pool, 220 Triathlon Expert Seminars, the Precision Hydration Sweat Test Centre, the Indoor Track Taster Sessions and a dedicated Running Laboratory.
Joining a line-up of experts, ambassadors and athletes in the sport, Rachel Joyce will be in conversation with 220 Triathlon Editor Helen Webster in the Expert Seminars at the show, as Joyce shares unique insight into her ongoing success at the top of the sport.
Mercury Events adds that the show is proving hugely popular amongst triathletes across London and the South East, with many of the ticketed sessions now completely sold out.
On the original announcement of the show, Helen Webster, Editor of 220 Triathlon commented, “Our readers and subscribers want a dedicated annual show of true scale and quality. Both the timing of the show – announcing the start of the season – and the location at Lee Valley VeloPark are perfect. We’re proud of 220’s position as a premium and highly-valued resource. I have no doubt the National Triathlon Show will match our audience’s high expectations.”
