Wattbike is looking for an ambitious, motivated person to join its team as a Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of specific Wattbike research and development projects.
The full-time role reports to the company’s Managing Director. Accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Agree project objectives and plan the scope, content, deadlines, resources required and budget
- Create detailed project plans, setting goals, defining roles, highlighting risks & agree schedules of tasks
- Creating and managing the company project management process
- Communicate with managers and project leads on key decisions and timelines
- Determine performance indicators
- Execute and manage projects according to the project plan
- Manage the risks
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor and regularly report & communicate with management & stakeholders progress of project against performance indicators & adjust schedules accordingly.
