Following a year of cancelled and postponed events, Threshold Sports reports that the ‘appetite for mass participation sports events is huge.’ This has been reflected in the company reporting a boom in ticket sales for Threshold Sports’ events – with two out of four of its Trail Series camping packages already sold-out.
The global pandemic has also brought about growth in cycling due to heightened anxiety over public transport, emptier roads and increased leisure time. For Threshold Sports this translated into an increased interest in its cycling events, with tickets for its 2021 events ‘selling at their fastest ever rates.’
The past year also presented the company with the opportunity to reflect on its culture and work life balance. After conducting staff surveys and wide-ranging research into future expectations of work, it made the big decision to relocate its office from London to Brighton.

Gearing up to deliver what it expects will be a thriving 2021 events season, the company is looking to grow the team with the following roles:
Event Director/Senior Event Manager
The Operations team is responsible for the delivery of a growing portfolio of outdoor adventures. The team looking for someone to help ensure that six public events provide an event experience of the very highest quality.
Sponsorship Account Executive
The Account Management Team is responsible for all things sponsors, clients and participants. The team is looking for someone to join the team who can help diligently guide headline partners towards achieving their key objectives ‘whilst having a great deal of fun.’
Part-time Finance Manager
The Threshold Team is looking for someone to join on a part time basis to support on the financial side of the business.
