Elite’s Rizer ‘gradient simulator with steering’ bike trainer is designed to give indoor cyclists an immersive riding experience.
Available in the United States in autumn/fall 2021 indoor riding season the new trainer has a US MSRP of US$1099.99.
Elite notes that ‘the Rizer will raise and lower your bike with true-to-ride inclines and declines.’ Main features include: +20% incline, -10% incline and integrated steering.
The Rizer features patented hardware technology with steering functionality so riders can move handlebars left and right. Elite adds that this will improve handlebar feel and comfort, and also helps riders to use the same muscle groups on legs and shoulders that they would be using if riding bike outdoors, uphill.
