Henley Swim has announced a second year of partnership with Asahi UK and its new Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% beer with 0% alcohol.
The Club to Pub is an evening open water swim, which will take place on Saturday 23rd July in Henley-on-Thames. Now in its 9th year, the sell-out event sees participants swimming 1.5km in the Thames from Henley Rowing Club to the Angel on the Bridge pub.
Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% will be sponsoring the event’s finish area. Swimmers will exit the river directly onto the pub terrace, where they will be presented with a bottle of the brand-new alcohol-free variant of Peroni Nastro Azzurro – and a medal that doubles as a bottle opener.
Winners of the various categories will also receive prizes from Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%, at a presentation attended by the local mayor. The beer is crafted with Italian ingredients including the signature Nostrano dell ‘Isola maize – grown exclusively for Peroni Nastro Azzurro in the north of Italy.

Although the event is now sold out for swimmers, spectators are welcome. Swimmers will start to arrive at the Angel on the Bridge from around 19:00 on Saturday 23rd July, and the bar will be open as usual.
