Coaching platform TriDot, a division of Predictive Fitness, and the official training platform of IRONMAN, has partnered with 3x IRONMAN World Champion Craig ‘Crowie’ Alexander. Announced today, the tie-up is positioned as an exclusive and wide-ranging global coaching partnership that includes Crowie’s Sansego Triathlon Club.
TriDot is billed as ‘the first AI-driven endurance training platform for coaches and athletes’. Reportedly based on over two decades of ongoing research and initial patents filed in 2011, TriDot states that it leverages artificial intelligence and its own proprietary dataset to analyze athlete biometrics, training data, and coach inputs.
This process results in TriDot delivering optimized and customized training, which is claimed to produce better results in less training time with lower risk of injury.
The partnership includes Crowie’s use of TriDot for his one-on-one coaching, the adoption of TriDot as the exclusive training platform of Sansego Tri Club, integration of the TriDot Pool School into Crowie’s training camps, plus several other initiatives.
Crowie is a three-time winner of the prestigious Hawaii IRONMAN World Championships, a two-time winner of the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships and a 12-time Australian national champion.
