Compressport is supporting this year’s HOKA UTMB Mont-Blanc as the event’s official compression supplier for an 11th consecutive year.
Based out of Chamonix, near the borders of France, Switzerland and Italy, and recognised as one of the world’s pinnacle events in trail-running, UTMB Mont-Blanc runs from August 26, 2024 to September 1, 2024.
Compression apparel specialist Compressport will be present throughout the event with a number of activations.
Monday, August 26 to Friday, August 30, 2024 – Compressport stand
The Compressport team will welcome runners to its stand to equip, advise, and encourage them.
Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 08:00 CEST – morning run
Departing from the Ultra Trail Village Fan Experience area and open to all, the brand’s traditional morning run will be followed by a breakfast.
Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 10:00 – athletes presentation
Meeting at the Ultra Trail Village Fan Experience area, Compressport athletes will be present to share their last-minute pre-race advice.
Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 16:00 – compression talk
Arnaud Ménétrier, Compressport Scientfic Director, will discuss compression before, during, and after effort. He will explain how compressions products can optimize performance and reduce the risk of injuries.
Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 14:00 – 15:00 and Friday, August 30, from 10:30-11:30
Distribution of customizable signs for anyone wishing to cheer on the runners along the course.
From Thursday, August 29, 10:00 to Sunday, September 1, 14:00 – La Flégère
The Compressport team will be present at the last UTMB Mont-Blanc checkpoint at La Flégère to encourage the OCC, CCC, and UTMB runners before the finish line.
