Virtual training platform Kinomap has confirmed the return of its World Tour Challenge this March. Beginning on March 3, 2025, fitness enthusiasts can participate by cycling, running, or rowing through immersive virtual routes from around the globe, all from the comfort of their home or gym.
To enter a prize drawing for a Kit VR Pro-2 headset kit from Fit Immersion by Kinomap, participants must collect stamps on their Kinomap Passport.
Kinomap acquired Fit Immersion, a company specializing in virtual reality cycling experiences, in October 2024.
The Passport is a Kinomap feature in which every completed region earns a virtual stamp. Minimum Passport requirements by sport to enter the World Tour Challenge are:
- Cycling: Complete a minimum of five videos to collect as many stamps as possible on the passport.
- Running: Complete a minimum of three videos to collect as many stamps as possible on the passport.
- Rowing: Complete a minimum of three videos to collect as many stamps as possible on the passport.
The World Tour challenge runs throughout March 31, and the Kinomap team will conduct a drawing to select the Kit VR Pro-2 winner after the challenge concludes.
The Kit VR Pro-2 from Fit Immersion by Kinomap is a virtual reality headset optimized for exercise. It helps training to become more immersive and interactive: personalized training, real-time performances, and virtual coaching are all accessible. All data from a training session is displayed in real time, keeping users focused and motivated.
